I believe in the power of slowing down and reconnecting with what truly matters. With a deep passion for wellness, yoga, and mindful movement, I guide people to find balance in their bodies and calm in their minds. I hold a degree in Exercise and Movement Sciences, certifications in Personal Training and Mindfulness, and I weave together physical practices with the stillness of Yin Yoga to create space for strength, softness, and inner peace.

The Slow Waves was born from my own journey of learning to move gently, breathe deeply, and live at my own rhythm. Here, I invite you to do the same.
