I believe in the power of slowing down and reconnecting with what truly matters. With a deep passion for wellness, yoga, and mindful movement, I guide people to cultivate balance in their bodies and calm in their minds. I hold a degree in Exercise and Movement Sciences, certifications in Personal Training, Mindfulness, and Yin Yoga. Through weaving together physical practices and the stillness of Yin Yoga, I create space for strength, softness, and inner peace.

The Slow Waves was born from my own journey of moving gently, breathing deeply, and learning to live at my own rhythm. Here, I invite you to do the same
